Despite the fact that I am a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor I learned so much more from Jolene. I feel more capable and skilled at helping gray area drinkers. I now have new assessments as well as a variety of tools and action steps that will greatly help my clients!

I have been implementing many of the tools I’ve learned already and have found them to be a unique source of skills and techniques that my clients can use. Jolene’s personality is excited and enthusiastic about her gifts and talents in working with gray area drinkers. She brings that enthusiasm to her training and interaction with other coaches.
