I had no reservations signing up for this training! I knew I needed to learn about the physiology and the craving brain as I was deficient in knowledge in this area.

Jolene is a leader in her field and that Grey Area Drinking is a massive issue in Australia. I had not hesitations whatsoever. This program has inspired me to more closely examine what I do to nourish my mind, body and spirit. I have never paid so much attention to it. As for my counseling and coaching practice, this program has been a game-changer in respect of my confidence, contribution to my client’s goals, session framework and hopefully outcomes! I more closely examine the degree to which my clients may be physically addicted to alcohol. I have tinkered with my intake questions to broaden the breadth of knowledge I hope to gain about their life and routines, I now recommend daily check-ins and suggest 3 resources per week for my clients to incorporate into their routines and I now can incorporate my knowledge surrounding how to ascertain neural transmitter deficiencies and how to give them a boost. Most of all I like Jolene’s positivity and curiosity in trying new resources to see if they add value to her life and how she will pass these onto her students (ie Bean Protocol!) No – I thoroughly love the structure, material and teaching approach. I really enjoy the alternating split between teaching and then practice training – fabulous! Again – I am 100% thrilled with this course and I am struggling to come up with improvements!
