I’ve been waiting to have the chance to take it, and then training dates just worked out this time around. It’s given me so many more tools to give to my clients, and it’s also helped me understand where the work I do and the methods I teach fit into the larger picture of regulating your nervous system.
I haven’t really changed anything about my services yet, but I’m looking at different ways to connect with other populations and maybe figuring out a way to train other coaches in my sketchbooking method. I loved how real Jolene is. She gets the whole process and I love the real life examples from her own practice she uses. I felt she was always pushing us to take what she was teaching us and making it our own. I like that.
