Meet Jolene

Jolene Park is a functional nutritionist, health coach, TEDx speaker, Former Gray Area Drinker and creator of this Gray Area Drinking Recovery Hub.

In 2014, she left gray area drinking behind and it has been her mission to guide and support others as they do the same. Founding Healthy Discoveries® in 2001, she has coached hundreds of high achieving professionals through their own  alcohol-free process.

In her TED talk about Gray Area Drinking she shares her personal alcohol and anxiety story and explains the importance of replenishing our neurotransmitters and nourishing our nervous systems in a comprehensive and consistent way.

After the impact of her TED talk she now certifies other coaches and health practitioners in her unique method.
