Letting go of my routine act of drinking was difficult but not impossible. I discovered it takes a tool box of various approaches to rewrite the habitual body and brain. My yoga practice was a good start but it was not the only key that unlocked the freedom of living a life without alcohol.
My group workshops provide an opportunity for connection to like minded people - to learn, to grow and find a new path - new habits- and eventually - a choice to be free from the drinking routine. We will unpack a variety of tools and find which ones work for you.
